But before I go…

Before I head off on my ‘anti-crusade’, and re-affirm Constantinople’s modern reincarnation as the Islamic Istanbul, I must share a few images with you of last week’s trip to the tulip fields of Holland, the vineyards of the Alsace and the rolling 7 valleys of the Pas de Calais.

  1. Dearest Frank, Safe travels my Friend, I shall be thinking of you, eagerly awaiting your mailings, and looking forward to your return home. Go well! Love, Caroline

  2. Great photos. That patisserie looks amazing – I’m getting hungry at the sight of it!

  3. Beautiful Frank! Best of luck on your journey. We will look forward to your updates along the way 🙂 Tanner & Leslie

  4. Have a wonderful trip Frank. We will be watching your progress with interest.

    • Thanks Heather! It was only a few days ago that I was talking about you and Brian, and your kindness to me. I continue to do slide presentations for various groups of my trip Downunder, and you both feature on my Australian leg. I have many fond memories of the 24 hours I spent in your company.

  5. Bon Voyage Frank, from my ‘voyage’ May your journey go well and the roads run smoothe …
